Living in Soundspace.

Function

Thanks to modern technology, music has become an indispensable component of our everyday life. No matter where we are, we want it to accompany us when we drive, walk, work and rest.

Model 101 has been designed

with active people in mind.

The wide sound propagation coming from the angular arrangement of 5 speakers results in that excellent sound quality filling a much larger part of the room, because of the clear spatial effect. This loudspeaker works especially well in multifunctional spaces of modern apartments. Two sizes of stands allow for better adjustment to a particular room and all the furniture in it.

30 degrees

BAUSOUND engineering team discovered that tilting the mid-range speaker by a certain angle in the range of 25-30 degrees, significantly reducing unwanted second and third order harmonic distortions. The patent pending solution has been implemented in the Model 101 as an angular arrangement of four mid-bass speakers.

Form

The primacy of simple regular shapes became the hallmark of both Bauhaus and, more broadly, the entire Mid-Century Modern period. The form of the Model 101 and 101 Supreme, however, derives from the roots of this aesthetic, which was initiated in 1915 by, born in Kiev, Polish painter Kazimir Malevich.

His famous "Black Square", often referred to as "a zero point of painting", gave rise to Suprematism.
